Dr. Jose Davila and Juan Davila launched the ICAN-B project in August 2015. The organization started providing services in the Los Angeles County region. The purpose behind this project was to extend the use of the science of behavior across all possible areas to make humanitarian contributions. Currently, the organization has expanded to Orange, Ventura, and San Mateo County. The organization has also launched soccer and social skill programs. Aside from behavioral services, soccer, and social skill camps, the organization is also launching animation projects that will carry a message of global unity and important social messages for children all around the world. In 2019, ICan-B has expanded its outstanding ABA services to Hong Kong and China. The entire Asia region is currently led by Dr. Li Wei Wong.
