本會於2015年成立，屬於香港非牟利的註冊慈善團體(91/14231)。本會由一班義務的心理學家及治療師創立。目的是向社會大眾推廣「兒童評估及跟進的重要」之教育活動，專為本港學校、家長及兒童提供評估及跟進的相關服務，如免費諮詢、講座及工作坊等。服務範疇主要包括專注力不足/過度活躍症、發展遲緩、語言遲緩、自閉症、學習障礙、有限智能、行為或情緒問題及資優等。
